About Us

PoshTosh was created when my son was a toddler. It was first created in the little town of Raglan but now we are Nelson based, nestled on the sunny hillside overlooking the sea.

The business was born out of pure love for creating something from a ball of yarn. I loved being able to manifest a creative design into a garment.

I have always been concious of ethical fashion and even more so when I had my son. PoshTosh was about making garments with love in every stitch, using upcycled yarn for one off garments and locally sourced fibres for our ranges. 

I have long since wanted a website where I could offer and showcase our garments. I also wanted a space to offer tutorials, patterns and place to share ideas and help for other parents.

PoshTosh has always been a passion fuelled  business. It is ran by me, myself and I, and the patience of my 9 year old son.

It is ran on love for the craft and love for the customers, and people I meet through this business.
